Elite includes enhanced inventory management features like serial number tracking, while Ultimate offers advanced analytics, such as the ability to generate collaborative reports with other team members. When you shrink the image down in a Pages document, it needs to be small but still see the chord diagram and read the name of the chord.*Elite and Ultimate were newly launched in 2022. You may want to allow the dots to be black. I’m sure there may be times when 6 is needed. You need to be able to control the number of frets. You should be able to control the font size of the chord name so when you shrink the image down to paste it in a Pages document, it is not too small to read. The chord name should be displayed above the chord diagram, not below. You cannot mark a muted string with an ‘x’. The zero fret (showing open and muted strings) have string lines and should not.
These are non standard (they cross the first and sixth strings). Most chord symbols I’m seen have the fret lines end at the first and sixth strings. The image has a time stamp at the top that somehow needs to be suppressed (or manually cropped out). It does create custom chords and allow you to export the image.
After you've saved your chord, it displays it in a progression next to your previous chords. It does not name the chord for you or offer any sort of help or reference. This is not a chord dictionary, and nothing us automated. There is a text box at the top for you to name the chord. A selectable number sits next to the diagram so you can designate the number of the fret position. You are given a picture of a fretboard segment upon which you can place dots. It does one thing and one thing only: it lets you sketch out chord diagrams in a progression. This app is as basic and stripped down as you can possibly get. I need it because my guitar teacher has me write out chord diagrams for homework. I searched all over for an app that lets you draw your own chord diagrams and, for some reason, this seems to be a feature left out of most guitar apps.
